You'll be prompted to upgrade when adding an employee past the tier limit. Nothing is ever deleted or hidden — the limit applies to adding, not viewing.
Yes — self-service in the Stripe customer portal, effective at the end of the billing period. Your data stays readable: safety records are never locked away.
No. Employees complete their part through magic links — no logins, no per-seat charges. You pay per company, by tier.
Prices exclude VAT. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies; otherwise VAT is added where required.
