Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of the OHS workspace. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your company.

1. What the service is

OHS is a documentation, record-keeping, and reminder tool for occupational health and safety. It provides no occupational-health, safety, or legal advisory services. Health checks are performed by licensed occupational health providers; the service tracks dates and stores documents.

2. Templates and defaults

Templates, checklists, scoring bands, and default settings in the service are informational starting points based on common practice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to your actual workplace, and for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter.

3. Your responsibility

The employer remains solely responsible for compliance with applicable occupational health and safety law. Use of the service does not transfer or reduce that responsibility.

4. No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that use of the service ensures compliance with any law or prevents accidents, inspection findings, or penalties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

5. Accounts, trials, and leaving

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials safe. Trials convert to a paid subscription only when you choose a plan. You can export your company's data at any time, including when you leave; deleting your company removes its data permanently after a 30-day grace period.

6. Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially we will ask you to review and accept the new version at your next sign-in. Questions: support@ohs.ee.
