Employee register
One list of people — locations, positions, statutory roles, and every record attached.
The register is one list of everyone in the company, and it drives the rest of the product: reminders go to people on this list, assessments are made for them, and the dashboard counts what's missing for them.

What's on an employee
- Identity — name, work email, personal code, position.
- Location — which site the person works at; used to scope site assessments and location-scoped managers.
- Statutory roles — working-environment specialist, first aiders, fire marshals and similar, assigned to real people.
- Records — the employee detail page collects their health checks and workstation assessments in one place.
Active vs deactivated
People who leave are deactivated, never deleted — their history stays intact for the register and for audits. Deactivated employees don't receive reminders, don't count toward your plan's employee number, and can be reactivated by a later import if they return.
The register records what your company has documented. It's the raw material for an inspection — one click from a PDF via export once the relevant records are in.
