PDF export

Any submitted assessment exports to a PDF that matches the app exactly.

Every submitted assessment has an Export PDF button. The PDF is rendered from the same view you see in the app — one rendering path, so the document always matches the screen, section for section, score for score.

What's in the export

• The full assessment as submitted — sections, answers, comments.
• Risk scores with their bands, in color.
• Who submitted it and when, plus the next review date.

Exports are how you hand records to someone outside the workspace — an inspector, an auditor, a board pack. People inside the workspace don't need PDFs; give auditors a read-only login instead when your plan includes it.
