Track statutory check-ups, compute the next due date, and let reminders do the chasing.

Health checks are performed by licensed occupational health providers — OHS tracks the dates and status so nothing slips. Every active employee appears on the health-check list with one of four statuses: valid, due within 30 days, overdue, or never checked.

Record a check-up
People → Health checks → Record check-up. Pick the employee and enter the check date.

Let the next due date compute
Leave “next due” empty and it's computed from the check date plus your jurisdiction's interval. You can also set a date manually — for example when the doctor's decision names one.

Schedule first checks
New employees who have never been checked can be scheduled directly, so the reminder engine has a date to work against.

Reminders

Reminder thresholds come from your jurisdiction pack — the list shows the exact days-before-due steps your workspace uses. Reminders are emailed automatically to the right person in their own language, and the weekly digest summarizes what was sent.

Health-check records store dates, statuses and notes — never diagnoses. What the occupational health doctor concludes stays between the doctor and the employee; you track that a check happened and when the next one is due.
