Risk assessments

General site assessments

A walk-through of a work site — hazard checklist with risk scoring, per location.

A general site assessment is made per location: a structured walk-through of one site with a hazard checklist in 3 sections. It's designed to be done together with the employees who work there — they know where the near-misses happen.

  1. 1
    Pick the location

Assessments → New assessment → site assessment → choose the location. Locations are managed in company settings.

  2. 2
    Walk the checklist

Work through the hazard checklist on site. For each hazard that applies, describe the issue and the planned fix, and score consequence × likelihood.

  3. 3
Submit and set the review date

Submitted site assessments carry a next review date, so the upcoming re-assessment shows up on the dashboard before it's late.

The assessments list shows every assessment across types with its result — including how many risks scored unacceptable — filterable by location and by type.
