Plans & billing

14-day free trial, self-serve plans sized by employee count, payments by Stripe.

The subscription is per company, sized by the number of active employees in your register. Logins are never billed. Payments run through Stripe — checkout, card management, and invoices all happen in the Stripe portal, localized to your language.

The trial

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product, no card required. When it ends, your data stays readable — pick a plan any time to restore write access.

Plans

Plans differ by employee count and features — locations, template customisation, priority support. Current tiers and prices are always public on the pricing page; the billing page in the app recommends the plan that fits your register size. Monthly and yearly billing are both available; yearly is discounted. Only the owner can change the plan.

If a payment fails

You get a banner and a 7-day grace period to fix the card in the Stripe portal. After grace, the workspace becomes read-only — writes stop, but every record stays visible. We never lock a company out of its own safety records.
